Recycled Thoughtfulness

I like to make things but I am also "frugal." Thus, this project was perfect. Here is an idea to use up those scraps of paper you've got lying around {using that creative feminine thing we've all got instilled in us} & in turn, putting a smile on the face of a special someone... Make them in bulk so you have more to use on whatever the occasion suits.

Here's one I made for a friend's hip, vintage wedding.
