This FREE three-month family membership to the Phoenix zoo is for women who have delivered a child at a Banner Health facility. Participant must have received a Direct Mail piece from Banner Health in order to receive the zoo membership gift. Registrants will receive a copy of "Your Growing Child" Health Guide from Banner Thunderbird Children's Center along with their zoo membership gift.
