You Can't Make Me Come Back

I'm extending our stay in Cali because frankly I want to. We were supposed to come back today but I don't wanna {I'm sticking out my tongue p.s.}. Instead we drove in the opposite direction of AZ heading for Laguna Beach. Fortunately my sister lives in the hills & as I type I'm overlooking the ocean. Man I'm blessed. Blessed to have an amazing sis, blessed to have the option of staying here & blessed to not have to pay this mortgage. :)

We had a lovely family reunion at La Costa in Carlsbad filled with a Sea World outing, 70 degree weather, hot tub dunkings, pro tennis tournament viewing, water slide contests & really, really, really good food. It fulfilled my mother's hope of having a over-the-top vacation & in effect has now made me a serious hotel snob.

So soon I'll return to my everyday wonderful life, but for now... I'll settle for my unrealistic fantastic one.
